AUSTIN

1. Enrollment and Payment:

1.1. By enrolling in Austin Acting School (AAS), you agree to the specified course, schedule, and payment terms.

1.2. Payment is required in full before the course begins, unless otherwise specified.

1.3. Payment plans or scholarships, if available, must be agreed upon in writing and adhered to according to the agreed terms.

2. Course Attendance:

2.1. Regular attendance is expected for all classes, workshops, and sessions.

2.2. AAS reserves the right to remove students who have excessive unexcused absences.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the start of the course.

3.2. Refunds are not provided for partial months or after the course has begun.

3.3. AAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, and a refund or credit will be issued in such cases.

4. Conduct and Behavior:

4.1. AAS expects all students to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

4.2. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in expulsion from the school without a refund.

5. Privacy and Content:

5.1. Audio and video recordings may be taken for educational and promotional purposes.

5.2. AAS respects student privacy and will not share personal information without consent.

6. Course Materials:

6.1. Course materials, including scripts, handouts, and other resources, are for educational purposes and may not be distributed or used for public purposes.

7. Liability:

7.1. AAS is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur during participation in its programs.

8. Changes and Modifications:

8.1. AAS reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as needed to enhance the learning experience.

9. Termination:

9.1. AAS reserves the right to terminate enrollment for any violation of school rules, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive conduct that may affect the quality of the learning experience for other students.

10. Governing Law:

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
